Welcome to Faro Jabones, a family-owned soap company built on a rich tradition of craftsmanship and innovation. Founded by Maria, whose early life was shaped by the pristine beauty of the Finnish archipelago, our roots go back to her grandmother's cherished soap-making recipe from 1948. Inspired by the purity of nature and the sea, we carry on this legacy today by creating premium, small-batch soaps and body care products.
Our specialty lies in the use of high-quality, skin-loving oils and butters. Each soap is lovingly handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting our deep respect for nature and sustainable practices. At Faro Jabones, we draw on Maria’s childhood memories from her island home in the Baltic Sea, infusing our products with the essence of those serene and timeless landscapes.

Together, Maria and Ralf infuse every product with their passion for nature, craftsmanship, and customer care, ensuring that each bar of soap tells a story of authenticity and quality.
MARIA
Originally from Finland, Maria now calls Spain’s Costa del Sol home, where the beauty of both Finnish nature and the Mediterranean coast inspires her work. A former high performance athlete with two World Championship silver medals, sports have always been a significant part of her life. Through years of rigorous training, sweating, and showering, Maria discovered how much better natural, organic products are for the skin, leading to her passion for soap making. As the mother of three and a dog, she brings both care and creativity into every bar of soap she crafts.

Ralf is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who ensures the smooth operation of Faro Jabones and focuses on keeping our customers happy. With a love for staying out of the spotlight, Ralf handles the logistics, design, and storytelling that bring the essence of Faro Jabones to life. Having lived in several countries, he’s immersed himself in diverse cultures and has a deep appreciation for true craftsmanship. In his free time, you’ll often find Ralf hiking or camping, drawing inspiration from the natural world that plays such a central role in our brand.
