Free Standard Shipping on purchases above 50€. Discount will automatically apply at checkout. All parcels delivered must be signed for or picked up at your local Post Office. Please ensure to collect your order from the designated Post Office within the provided timeframe to avoid parcels being returned to us, as additional shipping costs may occur.

We make every effort to ship within next 2-3 business days. This may take longer during sales periods.
SATURDAY - SUNDAY / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
Closed, we make every effort to ship within the next 2-3 business days.
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

• I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you have received a different product to what you ordered, please send a photo of the product within 7 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number. We will then send you the correct product at no extra cost and you get to keep the product we incorrectly sent you.
• MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED
If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a photo of the product and original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods quoting your order number. Once the assessment process is confirmed, we will replace your product.
• REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
